The zip lib doesnt support being able to open a zip in memory and hash each file, so I wrote this to accomplish this. For now it returns a list with a list inside containing the embedded file name and the hash of that file. might change this to a tuple in a list. |

This will take in all of the vals output files and the priv log, and will compare the high confidence downgrades and upgrades to determine if these were changed, if there are any surviving attorney values in the legalSource field. |
